4th Feb 2021, AsAc successfully commissioned the world’s first R6 grade high strength 89 mm offshore mooring chain.
This mooring chain was installed on the deep water semi-submersible drilling platform CM-SD1000. This also marks the first industrial application of a R6 grade mooring chain!
